Small apartment house "Chesa Cresta", 3 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. Below Corvatsch, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 200 m from the edge of the forest, 100 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: beautiful terraced garden (not fenced). In the house: sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking. Shop 1.6 km, grocery 1.6 km, restaurant 400 m, bakery 500 m, café 500 m, bicycle rental 800 m, bus stop "Surlej Parkplatz" 600 m, lake Silvaplaner See 1 km. By car
From Zurich, take the A13 motorway to Chur and then Thusis. Exit 22 towards Thusis-Süd and continue until Silvaplana via the Julier pass.
From Milan, go up to Chiavenna via SS37 and follow Route 3 to Silvaplana.
By train
Take the SBB (Federal Iron Chemins) to Chur, then the RhB (Rhetics Iron Chemin) correspondence. With its yaw tunnels and vertiginous viaducts, the railway line crossing the Albula valley to reach Engadin is one of the most picturesque and interesting in Europe. In addition, it is part of the Bernina line, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since July 2008.
