Description of the residence
Apartment house, built in 1963, renovated in 2023. In an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the lake. For shared use: property. In the house: storage room for skis. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises, public parking on the road. Bus stop 450 m. Ski lift 350 m, ski bus stop 450 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

By car
From Zurich, take the A13 motorway to Chur and then Thusis. Exit 22 towards Thusis-Süd and continue to St Moritz via the Julier Pass.
From Milan, go up to Chiavenna via SS37 and follow Route 3 to St Moritz.
By train
Take the SBB (Federal Iron Chemins) to Chur, then the RhB (Rhetics Iron Chemin) correspondence. With its yaw tunnels and vertiginous viaducts, the railway line crossing the Albula valley to reach Engadin is one of the most picturesque and interesting in Europe. In addition, it is part of the Bernina line, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since July 2008.
