Small apartment house, 3 storeys. In the district of Rehhalten, 300 m from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (50 steps) to the house. Communal covered parking. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Grocery 650 m, supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 100 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop "Kirche & Pfingsteggbahn" 100 m, railway station "Grindelwald Dorf" 1.1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Golf course (9 hole) 1 km, tennis 800 m, minigolf 600 m, sports centre 800 m, mountain railway 1.1 km, gondola lift, ski rental 300 m, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 900 m, children's playground 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

From Basel/Zürich/Geneva, you will travel to Interlaken via Bern or Lucerne/Brünig Pass (open in summer and winter).
In Interlaken take the direction Wilderswil/Grindelwald/Lauterbrunnen.
By train
From Basel to Interlaken East and from there directly into the region. Coming from Zurich and Geneva, you will have to change trains in Bern. A train leaves every half hour.
By plane
Bern-Belp airport 70km, Basel-Mulhouse 175km.
