Description of the residence
Chalet "Le Marignac", 5 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. Above Villars, in the district of Domaine de la Résidence, in a quiet, sunny position, 10 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, south facing position. In the house: sauna, fitness room, table tennis, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Public parking. Shop 3.6 km, grocery 2.3 km, restaurant 3.6 km, bus stop 2.9 km, railway station "Villars" 4 km, thermal baths "Lavey-les-bains" 19 km. Sports harbour 25 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, indoor tennis centre 4.1 km, sports centre 4.1 km, mountain railway 4 km, ski lift 3.5 km, gondola lift 2.5 km, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 2.5 km, ski school 3.9 km, children's ski school 4.1 km, ice rink 3.6 km, children's playground 4.1 km. Please note: car recommended. Free ski bus service to the ski region Villars. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
