In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking (limited number of spaces). Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, bakery 100 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 50 m, railway station "Gare de Sion" 16 km, outdoor swimming pool 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, tennis 1.7 km, gondola lift 50 m, sled run 1.5 km, ice rink 650 m, children's playground 1.4 km. Nearby attractions: Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 15 km, Flowtrail Tracouet - Bike Track 50 m, Les Grands Bains d’Hérémence 19 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 4 Vallées 50 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Les Iles 16 km, Lac souterrain de Saint-Léonard 23 km. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 200 m, Bisse du Milieu 300 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Nendaz is located 15 km from a motorway exit, just a 20-minute drive from the town of Sion. Take the A9 motorway to the Sion-Ouest/Nendaz exit. The direction \"Nendaz\" is then indicated on the road signs.
There are no tolls on motorways in Switzerland. To travel on the motorway, only a sticker, at a single price of CHF 40.-, is required.
